Swan Lake Golf Club

Played ~ 10/17/2023 Green Fee ~ $55 (Cart $40) Backs ~ 6,800yds Range ~ No Putting Green ~ No The Tee Boxes and Fairways are in great condition. Greens were aerated within the past week and were excessively bumpy and unruly. The rough was in good condition. Bunkers were in good condition, but the sand was pretty shallow and rocky. The back is more visibly inspiring, but also more challenging. Swan Lake is nice public track close to the split between the North and South Forks. It features wide fairways, but trouble in many forms keeps this course at an honest challenge.

Amanda the lady inside is incredibly rude and super unprofessional. She will make a bad start to your round just by her attitude. I’ve been there to many times to not say anything anymore. Her attitude is quite miserable and horrific. Today around 3 pm when they’re normally not busy, she proceeded to tell us that there was someone on hold, that probably wanted to book a tee time for the next day, and she didn’t care how long they sat on hold. They eventually hung up and called back while we were still in there. She told the customers in the room that if we ever called and hung up on hold, and called back, she will not pick up, she said she hates that as she proceeded not to pick the phone up. After my round, just wanted a quick to go wrap. She said no, guess getting out of her seat is something she doesn’t like either. Hope the owner sees this and does something about it. She is bad for the business and definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, me and my colleagues will never return. Part 2. Peter, I guess telling customers to never call two times or else she won’t pick up is professional. Her attitude I guess that I’ve dealt with more then ten times was super professional too, clearly an asset. And a general manager that protects his horrible workers. I guess we all have our opinions, And I guess I can understand that you think she’s an asset to your company when you’re a manager at a golf course, lol! Will never return and I’ll say it again, GO TO MILL POND, MIDDLE ISLAND, WILLOW CREEK, they’ll treat you better!

There truely isnt enough words to describe the love i have for this venue. I knew it was the one from the second i walked in. Sophia (event cordinator) Elena (maitre d) Jilll (bridal attendant) Danielle (event planner) & charlie (chef) Have made us feel litterally like family since day one. They catered to my dairy free diet amazingly, Constantly checked in on us all day, did EVERYTHING & more we couldve ever expected, And built an amazing relationship with my husband & i. Like dinner plans & saying i love you basis🤣. I could go on forever about Swan lake but when i mean there isnt a better venue out there, i stand by them 100%.

Amanda and Jackie are absolutely the best people.... Every time I walk in to the pro shop, Amanda is as sweet as pie. Always greets me with a smile and helps our league out with anything we ask. And Jackie is in the bar, the nicest person to be behind the bar. She always helps us out. Always polite, and takes care of every one of us. I love coming here every Tuesday. Would never play anywhere else....
